About Me
Hi, I'm Kelly.
I'm a mum to three kids, and I absolutely love making cakes. It started when my kids were young, making them special birthday cakes designed around what they were into that year... Now, I've been doing it for as long as I can remember.
More and more people have asked me to make cakes for their special occasions, so I decided to start Cake Queen Kelly. I'm so happy to be able to spend my time doing something I'm passionate about.
I've had the chance to train with some incredibly talented pastry chefs that have helped me bring my craft to the next level and deepen my understanding of food & baking. We have worked together to create some recipes that I'm really happy with today.
I am very happy to accommodate dietary requirements. As someone who has lived gluten-free for most of my life and have many strict vegans in my family, I completely understand how important this is. I have worked hard on finding ways to accommodate dietary requirements without any loss in flavour or quality.

My bespoke cakes are individually designed and handcrafted, with pricing ranging from $400 to $4,000+, depending on size, complexity and the level of artistry involved.
I don't produce cakes in bulk or take shortcuts with inexpensive ingredients. Every creation is made using premium-quality products, decadent meringue buttercream, luxurious fillings and meticulous attention to every detail.
Many of my signature designs require up to three days of dedicated work, with each element carefully sculpted, painted and assembled by hand. The result is a one-of-a-kind edible centrepiece created with passion, precision and absolutely no expense spared.
